Maple Park Senior Apartments is a 35-unit affordable housing development operated by the Community Housing Improvement Program in partnership with the Regional Housing Authority with units available to qualifying seniors aged 62 and over.

Because all units have a Project-Based Voucher, applicants must first apply to the Regional Housing Authority for eligibility determination.
