RHA administers several Low-Income Housing programs for qualified residents of Colusa, Nevada, Sutter, and Yuba Counties.

Funded through a variety of sources, the Affordable Housing Program provides safe, sanitary, quality housing at reasonable rents. Rents are affordable but fixed, and not based on income.
The Housing Choice Voucher Program assists low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled with rental payments for safe, sanitary housing in the private market.
RHA manages a 75-unit apartment community dedicated to housing migrant families during the growing season. Seasonal housing is typically available from May 1 through October 31.
The Neighborhood Stabilization Program was established to provide emergency assistance to stabilize communities with high rates of abandoned and foreclosed homes, and to assist eligible low-income households.

This is not the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
The Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program allows the Regional Housing Authority (RHA) to partner with private property owners to offer affordable housing opportunities tied to specific rental units for eligible low-income families.
