NOTICE – Public Housing Wait List Open
The Sutter County Low Income Public Housing Wait List for Senior Village-Date Street, Live Oak, CA & River City Manor-Joann Way, Yuba City, CA is OPEN until further notice. Must be senior (62+) and/or disabled to qualify. Richland Public Housing Waitlist for studio, 4 and 5 bedroom are open until further notice.
Applications will be available at 1455 Butte House Road, Yuba City, CA 95993 or you can apply online by clicking here.
HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER (SECTION 8) WAITLIST OPENS 12/9/2019 FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS OF YUBA, SUTTER, COLUSA, & NEVADA COUNTIES
The following programs are accepting applications:
- Rural Development Program (All sites) (Must submit a paper application)
- Town Center Senior Manor
- Housing Choice Voucher Section 8 (proof of residency must be emailed to reception@regionalha.org or faxed to 530-673-0775 for application to be accepted)
- Maple Park II
- Stony Creek II
- Courtyard at Penn Valley
