Cedar Lane Groundbreaking
September 2021Regional Housing Authority staff and commissioners at the groundbreaking for the Cedar Lane Family and Cedar Lane Permanent Supportive Housing projects. The projects will be completed in summer of 2022 and will provide a total of 149 affordable housing units in West Linda, CA.
Lone Oak Ribbon Cutting
August 2021Regional Housing Authority and Nevada County staff celebrate with RHA commissioners at the Lone Oak Senior Apartments ribbon cutting. The project recently completed construction and provides 31 units of affordable senior housing in Penn Valley, CA.
Cashin's Field Groundbreaking
August 2021Regional Housing Authority staff and commissioners at the groundbreaking for Cashin’s Field, a 51-unit affordable housing project scheduled to be completed in late 2022 in Nevada City, CA.
New Haven Court Ribbon Cutting
June 2021The Regional Housing Authority and it’s local government and non-profit partners were proud to showcase and inaugurate the New Haven Court project at 448 Garden Highway, Yuba City. New Haven Court is a 40-unit permanent supportive housing new construction project targeting the homeless in Sutter and Yuba Counties. The regionalized partnerships and efforts were on display on this proud day for the community.
