Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) provides long-term housing combined with on-site supportive services for individuals with disabilities who are experiencing homelessness. 

This program operates in collaboration with Hands of Hope.

New Haven Court is a 40-unit affordable housing development operated in partnership with the Regional Housing Authority with units available to qualifying individuals and families by referral only.
