Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) provides long-term housing combined with on-site supportive services for individuals with disabilities who are experiencing homelessness. 

These programs operate in collaboration with Nevada County Behavioral Health Services and Hospitality House.

Brunswick Commons is a 41-unit affordable rental housing community in Grass Valley available to qualifying individuals and families in partnership with the Regional Housing Authority by referral only.
